Westside Comfort Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers in Washington State and the United States.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site, call, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and details about the work you need. We collect this only to respond to your request and provide service.
Analytics. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. When enabled, these tools set cookies and collect standard usage and interaction data such as the pages you view, the links you click, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location, and general device and browser information. This data is used in aggregate to measure traffic and improve the site, and it is not used to personally identify you. You can opt out through our cookie settings (see below), Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Online booking (Housecall Pro). Our pages load an online booking tool provided by Housecall Pro so you can request an appointment without leaving our site. When a page loads, this tool's script is served from Housecall Pro, which may set its own cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. If you book through it, the appointment details you enter are processed by Housecall Pro to schedule your service. See Housecall Pro's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choices. Non-essential cookies — such as analytics and any future marketing tools — load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Consent to be contacted
When you submit a quote or contact form and check the consent box, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, and you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email about your request and the services you asked about. We record that consent, including a timestamp, with your submission. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to a message, emailing us, or calling.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, follow up about your service, and meet our legal and warranty obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our form and lead-handling provider (Basin), our online booking provider (Housecall Pro), our analytics provider (Google), and, where needed, payment or scheduling tools. These providers may process your information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to serve you, support warranties, and meet recordkeeping and legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable Washington and federal law.
